Currently armor is merely an extension of the player's health. To make armor more important to the game we should make it slowly recharge when the player wearing the armor is not taking any damage. If armor drops to 0 then the player takes full damage from attacks, but the armor can still recharge and once it starts recharging then it also starts absorbing damage again.

For the most part, yes. Except in Halo your armor absorbs all damage, but most types of armor in our game will only absorb a percentage of the damage.

If it works in the QC, it works on the PSP. And trust me, something like this will easily work in the QC.
